Vänligen läs dessa användarvillkor (”Villkoren”) noggrant innan du genomför köp via webbplatsen bystrom.beauty, som drivs av By Ström  AB (”vi”, ”oss” eller ”vår”), ett bolag bildat enligt svensk lag. För privatpersoner gäller konsumentköplagen. By Ström AB levererar till kunder inom EU/EES.

 The customer's (“you” or “your”) access to and use of our services (the “Services”) is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these terms. These terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who have access to or use our services.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The stated terms are legally binding for your use of our website. När du slutfört din beställning skickas en orderbekräftelse till din e-postadress. I bekräftelsen finner du alla uppgifter om produkter, pris, fakturerings- och leveransadress. Är något fel i orderbekräftelsen ska du omedelbart kontakta oss via e-post till fyi@bystrom.beauty.

3. Professional products

All products in By Ström’s inventory are classified as Professional products and may only be purchased by Professional users. In order to be classified as a Customer, a valid education certificate must be submitted with your account registration. Only after approval can a customer be classified as a Professional user and thus purchase our professional products. 

4. Delivery

For all customers in Sweden, we offer a fixed shipping fee of SEK 79 (ex. VAT) on all orders up to SEK 800 (ex. VAT). We offer free delivery on orders with a total cost over SEK 800 (ex. VAT). 

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11am the same day. The delivery time then varies depending on the Customer's place of delivery. We aim to ship orders placed on weekends on the first following working day.

Packages that are not received or picked up are returned to us. For all Packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge the Customer the costs of return shipping as well as an expedition and handling fee of SEK 50.

5. Prices

Alla priser i butiken anges i SEK  exklusive moms. Vi reserverar oss för prisändringar orsakat av, men inte begränsat av, prisändring från leverantör, feltryck i prislistan samt felaktigheter i priser beroende på felaktig information och förbehåller oss rätten att justera priset. I händelse av prisjustering förbehåller vi oss rätten att tillämpa leveransdagens pris, dock kontaktas du först för godkännande.

All payments must be made in one of Our Currencies. When paying in installments, a set-up fee and interest may be added, which is shown when choosing the payment method. For more details, see Klarna villkor.

The personal data is collected directly from you or generated in connection with your use of our services and products.

In order to be able to offer the Customer Klarna's payment methods, we may send your personal information in the form of contact and order details to Klarna at checkout, so that Klarna can assess whether the Customer qualifies for their payment methods and to tailor these payment methods for the Customer. The customer's personal data that is transferred is processed in accordance with Klarna's own Privacy Policy.

8. Right of withdrawal and complaints

When purchasing products from the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have completed the purchase.

In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us that they regret it. The message must be sent to fyi@bystrom.beauty. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated. You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the completed purchase. You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but may carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation.

9. Limitation of liability

We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to improper use of the products.

We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, but not limited to, labor conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or non-delivery from supplier.

Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

10. Product Information

We reserve the right for any typing errors on this website. A certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality or resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible. In some cases, an image may represent a product in a different color or size of packaging. When the image and text differ from each other, the written description applies.

We strive to always have correct information on the website, but - especially if you have allergies - we advise you to check the list of contents on the packaging, before use.

11. Expiration date and shelf life

Most of the products we sell have a symbol in the shape of a jar with an open lid, together with a number. The number indicates the number of months the item will keep from its opening. Alternatively, the item may have a standard best before date.

The product's shelf life also depends on how it is used and stored. Storage in direct sunlight, UV/LED, high or low temperatures, contamination by bacteria due to lack of hygiene or the like can destroy or significantly shorten the shelf life of an item.

12. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be posted online on the website. The changed conditions are considered accepted in connection with a completed purchase. The Terms and Conditions that were current when the Customer made their purchase are the Terms and Conditions that apply in all possible disputes or complications related to that purchase.

13. Disputes and governing law

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can contact the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, see arn.se. For residents in an EU country other than Sweden, the customer can submit complaints online via the European Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.

Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
