To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us that they have regretted the purchase. The message must be sent to contact@bystrom.beauty. In the message, the customer’s name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated. The customer should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days of the purchase. The customer is obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. It must not be used, but of course it may be carefully examined. If the product is damaged or lost due to the customer’s carelessness, they lose the right of cancellation.

I meddelandet ska kundens namn, adress, e-postadress, ordernumret samt vilka varor som returneringen gäller, framgå klart och tydligt. Kunden bör omedelbart och senast inom 14 dagar efter genomfört köp returnera produkterna till oss. Kunden är skyldig att hålla varan i lika gott skick som när du fick den. Den får inte användas, men naturligtvis försiktigt undersökas. Om varan skadas eller kommer bort på grund av att kunden är vårdslös förlorar den ångerrätten.
1. Return/Exchange/Refund Timeline
We offer a transparent and customer-friendly return/exchange/refund timeline. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. We believe this timeframe strikes a balance between allowing you sufficient time to evaluate your purchase while also ensuring a fair policy for our business.
2. Acceptable Item Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging (if applicable).
3. Refund and Shipping Charges
We understand the importance of transparent and fair refund and shipping charges. Our policy aims to be reasonable.
The customer are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be well packaged and in their original packaging.
The customer is not responsible for return shipment when it is a complaint, in that case By Ström will cover the return shipment costs.
From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product. A fee of 3% will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover admin fees. The purchase will not be refunded until we have received the package.
For refunds, we offer the following options:
Replacement/Exchange: We’ll replace the item with a different size, color, or a better quality item as per your preference, subject to availability.
Money Refund: We’ll return the cost of the item to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Full Refund: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll issue a full refund. OBS! Minus an admin fee of 3% of the total order value.
Line-Item Refund: For items that are part of a larger order, we may issue a refund for the specific item returned.
4. Items Eligible for Refund/Return/Exchange
While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that not all items on our website are eligible for exchange, refund, or return.
The following categories of products are generally not eligible for the same:
Products Sold as Part of Sets/Bundles: Items sold as part of a set or bundle, where individual items may not be eligible for refunding.
