Please read these terms of use (”Terms”) carefully before making a purchase via the website bystrom.beauty, which is operated by By Ström AB (”we”, ”us” or ”our”), a company incorporated under Swedish law. The customer’s (“you” or “your”) access to and use of our services (the “Services”) is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these terms. These terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who have access to or use our services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The stated terms are legally binding for your use of our website. If you do not accept any part of the terms, you are denied access to bystrom.beauty and our services. Questions related to these Terms should be directed to contact@bystrom.beauty.
1. Definitions and Interpretations
”User”, in these Terms, means you or any other party using the Services.
”Services” in these Terms means the services provided through the bystrom.beauty website.
”Content” means, in these Terms, the information that is uploaded, published or otherwise made available to you on the Website.
”Shipping company” means, in these Terms, the party carrying out the shipping of the products.
”Private person” means, in these Terms, a person or individual in the true sense, a person, as opposed to a legal person which can for example consist of a company or an association.
”Customer” in these Terms means the party who completes a purchase via bystrom.beauty. These Terms and Conditions only apply to Customers who can be classified as a Private Person.
”Transportation” means, in these Terms, the transport carried out by the Freight Company (hired on each occasion).
“Working Day” means, in these Terms, all non-holiday weekdays.
”Package” means, in these Terms, the Customer’s ordered and packaged products.
”Currencies” means, in these Terms, Swedish krona or euros.
“Professional products”. means, in these Terms, Products to be handled by Professional users only
”Professional users” means, in these Terms, Customers who have shown valid education certificates for the use of our Professional products.
2. Ordering
When you have completed your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via email at contact@bystrom.beauty.
3. Professional products
All products in By Ström’s inventory are classified as Professional products and may only be purchased by Professional users. In order to be classified as a Customer, a valid education certificate must be submitted with your account registration. Only after approval can a customer be classified as a Professional user and thus purchase our professional products.
4. Delivery
For all customers, we offer a fixed shipping fee of SEK 200 (ex. VAT) on all orders .
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11am the same day. The delivery time then varies depending on the Customer’s place of delivery. We aim to ship orders placed on weekends on the first following working day. If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at contact@bystrom.beauty.
Packages that are not received or picked up are returned to us. For all Packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge the Customer the costs of return shipping as well as an expedition and handling fee of SEK 50.
5. Prices
All prices in the store are displayed by default in SEK excluding VAT, but can also be displayed in Euro. We reserve the right for price changes caused by, but not limited to, price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price. In the event of a price adjustment, we reserve the right to apply the price on the day of delivery, however you will be contacted first for approval.
6. Payment
For our customers outside of Sweden we offer payment by card.
The entire payment process is managed by Stripe via our partner WooPayments. See Stripe’s terms and conditions for more info, Stripe terms and conditions.
All payments must be made in one of Our Currencies.
7. Integrity Policy

We process the following categories of personal data:
Basic information: name
Contact information: address, phone number, email address
Account and profile information: settings, preferences
Payment information: Transaction information, means of payment
Customer history and customer engagement: order and delivery information, discount codes, loyalty program information,
Active products and agreements as well as products and services that you previously had, how much and how often they are used, status of products/services,
Customer activity: Reading and action history from the app, websites or electronic communications we send out. As well as technical information about the devices you use.
The personal data is collected directly from you or generated in connection with your use of our services and products.
In order to be able to offer the Customer different payment methods, we can send your personal data in the form of contact and order details to our partners at checkout, so that they can assess whether the Customer qualifies for their payment methods and to tailor these payment methods for the Customer. The customer’s personal data that is transferred is processed in accordance with the partners’ own privacy policy:
8. Right of withdrawal and complaints
When purchasing products from the website, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have completed your purchase.
In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us that they regret it. The message must be sent to contact@bystrom.beauty. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated. You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the 14 days after the completed purchase. You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but may carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation. The purchase will not be refunded until we have received the package.

9. Limitation of liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to improper use of the products.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, but not limited to, labor conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or non-delivery from supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
10. Product Information
We reserve the right for any typing errors on this website. A certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality or resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible. In some cases, an image may represent a product in a different color or size of packaging. When the image and text differ from each other, the written description applies.
We strive to always have correct information on the website, but – especially if you have allergies – we advise you to check the list of contents on the packaging, before use.
11. Expiration date and shelf life
Most of the products we sell have a symbol in the shape of a jar with an open lid, together with a number. The number indicates the number of months the item will keep from its opening. Alternatively, the item may have a standard best before date.
The product’s shelf life also depends on how it is used and stored. Storage in direct sunlight, UV/LED, high or low temperatures, contamination by bacteria due to lack of hygiene or the like can destroy or significantly shorten the shelf life of an item.
12. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be posted online on the website. The changed conditions are considered accepted in connection with a completed purchase. The Terms and Conditions that were current when the Customer made their purchase are the Terms and Conditions that apply in all possible disputes or complications related to that purchase.
13. Disputes and governing law
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can contact the European Commission’s platform for mediation in disputes, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of the corresponding dispute resolution body.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law..
